Vertical lines in the fieldmap and resulting DisCo images #11
Description
I am trying to implement SynBOLD-DisCo to rs-fMRI data.
However, we encountered a bizarre looking artifact, on our first case.
We looked into the issues section in the github repository, and found a similar reported issue.
Vertical lines were introduced into the final image, and the fieldmap.
Do you have any experience with this issue on how to avoid it?
