Enhance Views w/React State & Extend Web3 Callbacks

- Ensure loading animation when blockchain or ipfs data is being processed
- Ensure loading animation post new image upload until transaction actually succeeds
- Show placeholder images until wallet is connected, using react states
- Refresh state / component data automatically if and whenever needed
