(Bee's) Fancy Crops incompatible

When using the (Bee's) Fancy Crops resource pack, stuff like wheat doesn't render properly and results in invisible blocks and holes in the world.

Just want to add i do not have this issue on my end maybe check your recourcepack order

I had fancy crops at the top of the load order. The only difference I see is, you're using continuity for connected textures while I was using fusion. I did notice glass was also not rendering for me.
