How can we solve it?

We will need some additional information. Does the code fail prior to this line? For example, have you changed the path for the java ".jar" file to suit your environment? What version of JDK are you using?

There was no error in the previous line.

I changed lines as bellows.
: cpath <<- "E:/논문/toolbox-2.4.18/toolbox/java/pharmacoepi.jar"
.jinit(classpath=cpath, parameters=c("-Xmx1024m"), force.init = TRUE);
...
.jfield(m, "outfilePath") <- "E:/논문/toolbox-2.4.18/toolbox/java/out.txt"

My versions
: window 10 home (RAM : 8GB) , R version 3.5.1, Java 8 update 181(jre1.8.0_181)
I am not familiar with Java. Do I have to install a different version?
