Code in chapter 23 did not match with what is described in the read me

Can you expand on this? Did not match the readme or what is in the book?

It said that,

Afib_case_study_database_query.sql : used to extract data from the MIMIC II database.

Afib_case_study_extraction_code.m : used to extract variables for analysis.

were provided in the repo, but non of them were found in the github. Only,

data_extraction.m	
database_query.sql

Matlab code seems to be relevant. But the .sql code provided is for renal and had nothing to do with this chapter's content. Thanks.
