Note: the dataset (aline.mat) was not committed.

The dataset should be made easily available to the reader.

I have uploaded the aline dataset used for chapter 5 to physiobank. We need to determine if this is the same dataset used in chapter 3, and if the csv file can be imported, converted to the matlab data structure.

The aline.mat files in chapters 3c/d are different to the version on PhysioNet. The 3c/d version has the same number of rows, but a different number of columns.

Add Section 3 chapter 2 (or 3.6 according to the readme) to the list that needs to be looked into. This chapter is written in SAS, and also doesn't load the data within the code.

Currently the code corresponding to all of the chapters in Section 3 is a work in progress, with the exception of chapter 3.10. Once the code is finalised we will tick it off in the table here.
