Surface downloading Dell driver instead

Using version 6.4.3 (same issue was happening in 6.4.1)

For some reason, none of the Surface drivers I select will download. Dell drivers download and get added to SCCM with no problem. The first couple of times I tried, each Surface model would skip right through the steps without ever mentioning a URL or attempting to download. Now each Surface shows that it's trying to use drivers for a Dell Latitude 5591 over and over.

Here is an example of one. They all look identical:

I don't know if this means some sort of cache needs to be cleared or what.

Can someone please point me in the right direction?
