facing issues while the tool tries to fetch the drivers for HP and gives error that user has not logged on to the network.

Hi Team,
I am using this tool for the first time. I am facing below issues:

1. Post installation, when the tool is launched, i can not see the options named "Download/Export/import" due to which i can proceed further.
2. when i am selecting HP Model, then the search engine gives me error that operation being requested can not be performed as user has not logged on to network. Failed to find HP xml file : HPCatalogForSMS.latest.cab
