Reset Camera when changing map should not work on colors

Expected Behavior

Resetting the camera when changing the map should only work for layout changes.
This means anything that changes the area. Like margins or new maps.

Actual Behavior

• Resetting colors, also resets the camera
• Changing margin does not

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

1. Enable "Reset Camera when changing map" in Global Options
2. Move map around
3. Click on Color Metric Options
4. Click on Reset Colors
