Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is:
Title bar text floats off window when DWMBlurGlass attaches itself to DWM.exe. Interestingly enough, if the process crashes the title bar fixes itself. If you choose to allow the process to restart it will cause the visual bug again.

DWMBlurGlass 2.3.1 although the problem also exists on 2.3.2 Beta 3

Windows 10(21H2) to 7 Transformation Pack by ImSwordQueen, which includes mods such as Windhawk

I have used this program with that transformation pack in the past, and never had this issue before. I'm not too sure what has changed between now and then.
