Linux

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
There should have other ways of getting the Flatpak if a user wants the Flatpak but doesn't want to or can't use Flathub.

Describe the solution you'd like
Here are my proposed solutions:

  1. Provide a .flatpak file for installing the app on the Syncthing Tray downloads page and on GitHub Releases.
  2. Host a Syncthing Tray Flatpak repository.

That's a valid feature request but I will not spent any effort on maintaining a Flatpak repo in the foreseeable future.

What about number 1?

The same counts for 1. The Flatpak on Flathub (which is not even primarily maintained by me) is the most I can do at this point.

Of course anybody can step in and provide a repository which can then be linked from the README and downloads page.
