    This is very simple, look:

    .
    As you can see, there is 2 buttons.

    When an issue got fixed, or you figure there was no issue and the user opened by error:
    Or you consider the behavior is on purpose:
    -> Press button No.1

    But, when there is an issue that you don't know how to fix, you don't manage to reproduce:
    You have 2 choices:
    1: Leave open, maybe in the future someone could provide info about it
    2: Press button No.2

    Going for the 2nd choice will decrement this:
   

    It will have for effect to make you feel less flooded.
    Will make you hope you will sleep better tonight.
    You want to feel there is no more problem.
    But the problem is still there.

    So in the end you have 2 choices regarding Issues:
    Be fair, or be a coward.

    I wish you to pick the right decision, and feel stronger afterwards.
    Even if seeing small numbers can make you feel less worried. ]
