BUG: Necoray for Windows resets configuration sometimes after restarting PC

Describe the problem

Expected behavior: Tun settings, routing settings and app theme are saved

Actual behavior: Only routing settings are saved

How to reproduce

Restart PC. It can appear sometimes (not always)

There is nothing connected with files in log. I think, the problem is in nekobox.json file in ./config/groups

Find nekobox.json file (\config\groups) and change it to "read only". Maybe it will help.
