No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it

Faced a network problem a couple days ago. After some time it loses connection. Nekobox gives this error:

ERROR[0620] [2961687308 2.16s] inbound/tun[tun-in]: dial tcp {IP}:48356: connectex: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.

Only reconnecting helps, but this error occurs after a few minutes.

Worked without problems before. Didn't change anything anywhere.

What could be the problem?

qBittorrent is turn off always. Or you mean uninstall that app?

From other devices all ok, nothing was changed for a long period of time. Maybe latest windows update affected?
Tried to update nekoray to the latest stable, didn't helped.

Solve problem.

I used very old versions x-ray and reality. After update that problem is gone
