Problems with dead keys

On my keyboard several dead keys don't work using this neo2 implementation. I migrated from the beta native layout setup, because Windows Updates keep killing it…

e.g.:
`e and ´e

It does not matter if I press the dead key before or after the character I'd like to modify 😢 :
e` and e´

And ideas what could be causing that?

Solved by copying the settings.ini :-) Sorry about that.
