I am running Mesquite on a Lenovo Yoga 2 Pro, with a 3200 x 1800 resolution. Mesquite is quite unusable on this machine. It does not make a difference if I lower the resolution. I suspect the Java GUI framework does not support scaling.

Thanks everyone for this issue. I have added the relevant bit to the Mesquite executable for this, but apparently that in and of itself won't help. Apparently there is a bug in Java 8 on Windows. There is a workaround, but it is complex, and would need to be done on each person's computer. Details here: [http://stackoverflow.com/questions/30555401/java-disable-dpi-aware-not-working]. I have placed a new executable file at [http://david.bembidion.org/MesquiteWindows/]. This would need to be put in Mesquite_Folder. If any of you tries this, with our without the StackOverflow workaround, please send a note about success. I will see if I can get a high-res monitor at this end to also try it out with.
Thanks,
David
