Hi there! Instead of opening a new issue, I will add my question here although the original post does not explain which is their issue exactly; maybe we have the same problem.

I am not sure if this is a bug. I am using the 3.61, and I have found the same problem in both MacOS 64bit BigSur, 32bit Sierra, and in Windows 10.

When I export in tnt format I get the matrix block OK, but the entire block with information on characters and states is not exported. In previous versions, the char/state block exported without any problem.

Is this is a bug or I am not doing something right?

Thank you for your time, and I hope that I am not asking too much.

@evlacho Thanks for reporting this, and sorry for the delay. Yes, the failure to write char and state labels is a bug. It will be fixed in the next release of Mesquite (which hopefully will be very soon).
