Brief description
This issue is the git equivalent of https://code.metoffice.gov.uk/trac/lfric_apps/ticket/697.
In order to run the FLake model in LFRic, the following infrastructure needs to be added:
- FLake related namelist options.
- Infrastructure to initialise FLake prognostic fields and read the lake depth ancillary file.
- Passing FLake values between LFRic and JULES surf_couple subroutines.
- Infrastructure to output lake related fields.
