Brief description
The migration of jules_pftparm metadata to jules-shared will incorporate the recent LFRic core development Reworked Configuration Namelist Access API. Including taking advantage of the duplicate namelists functionality. This means that every PFT in jules_pftparm will appear as a separate instance of the jules_pftparm namelist, which will improve the management of the namelist inputs for different surface configurations.
jules_pftparm as an input is required for LFRic-GC6 assessment.
