[Feature] Implement Mobile version of My Profile page

Assuming JSON data is available and deserialized, AND the full screen My Profile page is completed

We are building the My Profile mobile version, which includes a smaller version of the graph, pending ROBOT and claim history, and a hamburger menu (as of the time of this writing, we should ask what should go into the hamburger menu).

This ticket is to implement said mobile My Profile page
