[Feature]: Implement wallet not connected section

As a developer, I would like to see users getting a visual state if their wallet has not been connected and still try to visit the /profile page. Integrate the design for wallet not connected as a composable component, and also integrate the connect functionality (referenced in #1 or just leave empty as per #1's completeness)
