I updated our Metaculus code and had a few thoughts about the docs:

• the title of the page on DDG is "Failed to load API definition." Maybe they need to update their crawler or maybe there's something you can do? [@lsabor is there something we can do?]
• a few undocumented options for the posts endpoint: limit, for_main_feed, categories (probably others but these were the ones I needed)
• does the has_group parameter work for the posts end point?
• it would be helpful to have descriptions for some of the sorting options: hotness, score in particular. How are these calculated, what do they represent exactly?
