Binding to a single item example isn't that useful

It's a bit misleading and a trap to show the binding to a single item example in this article. In most cases you need to know about INotifyPropertyChanged or Dependency Properties, but this isn't really called out in this article. You really need to read the techniques in the indepth article. This should be made much more clear at the top of this article or the example should note that there is usually more needed for a complete implementation.
