ANY port doesn't work on UP side

When playing with the mod I discovered a strange thing - when transmitting a number to ANY port at once, the top one is ignored (in horizontal arrangement the south side is ignored)

Versions are Minecraft 1.20.1, Forge 47.3.0, TIS-3D 1.7.7
