Imrovements in documenation around DB persistence for MiniProfiler data

I've spent some time looking for the DB scripts required to set up database persistence of results.

I found in the end that I could copy them from the PostgreSqlStorage.TableCreationScripts property value. But thought it could do with some better documentation. I have described the issue more fully here.

Came here because I didn't see a single part in the docs that says "You need to dig into the source of the provider and run the table creation scripts yourself after manually creating the database."

I don't mind having to do it manually, but having that in the docs next to the list of providers would be nice (even better in the getting started section). If I don't manually setup the database and create the tables, the error only kind of implies that's the issue with the mildly vague message Invalid object name 'MiniProfilers'.
