A user in discord was getting a crazy crash when we try to access the UserCfg.opt file for MSFS2020. It's something completely messed up with their 2020 install, they can't even open the file themselves manually in Notepad.

While not a MobiFlight issue, we shouldn't crash if we can't access the file. We should add a try/catch.
