Update feeds that are seasonal to is_seasonal=true

• Review Metabase dashboard to first assess if any critical seasonal use cases are not covered by the current query and modify it
• Check all feeds (except with tdg and jbda prefixes) to see if they actually cover seasonal service or year round service
• Seasonal service should be changed to is_seasonal=true
