In vanilla some chunks and resources are inlined in the cas sb by creating an "idata" object. This might be also working for ebx entries as well.
For commands like AddExistingResourceCommand it's in our interest to copy to idata if the resource is not available in the cas catalog. Same for chunks and ebx
