bug: "Manage automatically" toggle isn't shown in "app info" menu (Honor, MagicOS10 / Android 16). Random pauses and notification dropouts in YouTube due to automatic battery management of MicroG RE #178

Bug description

Relevant for Honor phones (MagicOS 10 / Android 16):

My patched youtube was struggling with playback (not buffering, just occasional local pauses) and cloud/push notification registration (it disconnects after some time by itself). All this because "manage automatically" menu wasn't displayed in "app info" (long pressing the app -> setting it up from there) and I couldn't turn it off:

I tinkered a bit more and maybe found the fix to this problem — "manage automatically" toggle is still accessible through "app launch" menu on MagicOS10, just not from standard "app info" menu:

For some reason MicroG RE is the only (useful to me) app that this happens with, so generally I think its still a bug worth fixing from standpoint of user convenience

MicroG RE itself is 6.1.4
