bug: Big red X in Self-Check shows

Bug description

This isn't really a bug i'm assuming, it's more like asking for some assistance.
The picture here showing the big red X whilst in Self-Check means I have an issue somewhere I would say.
I believe I have everything set up correctly.

My account, device registration, cloud messaging are all set up correctly. On the Self-Check, I can enable everything apart from permission to interact with work profile but I still have the red X.

I've closed this because my issue falls into the pinned bug regarding the notifications for YT and YTM not working properly.
