Hanging wires and cables

I suggest adding an overhead cable transport method, similar to the system in the More Red mod, That it was possible to have suspended wires, as well as bundled cables

I believe this was originally created by Immersive Engineering. Awesome mod. I encourage you try it out.

No plans to re-create this feature on my end, but perhaps I'll see if it makes sense to add it as a compatibility module to Immersive Engineering, if their wiring system is extendable.
