Okay, for this particular issue, it's a permissions problem. Your personal account, for whatever godforsaken reason caused it to change, does not have Full Control over your user file.

From the perspective of Windows 11:

1. Ensure that you're logged in on an account with administrator privileges on your machine
2. Open File Explorer
3. Navigate to the Users folder on the operating system's main hard drive. It's normally the C drive, but it's not guaranteed. Basically, whichever drive all your stuff's on is the one you'll want.
4. Right click on your account's folder, and select Properties.
5. Switch to the Security tab, then underneath the Group or user names box select Edit.
6. In the Group or user names box, make sure to select YOUR PERSONAL ACCOUNT. This can't be SYSTEM, this can't be the Administrators group, it must be your account specifically.
7. In the Permissions for [profile name] box, select Allow for Full Control.
8. Click Apply. Depending on the size of your user folder, this is going to take a while. You can't even just walk away either, as along the way it'll pop up an error every now and then for either a failure to ennumerate or access denial. Just click continue on these, at least on my machine it didn't stop it from fixing this particular issue.
