Objective AU-1: Set up a production environment

Description

Deploy development and production Keycloak instances for VEDA, leveraging CI/CD for both infrastructure and selected pieces of configuration to enhance efficiency, streamline management, and ensure a more effective deployment process.

Acceptance criteria

• Expand automated GitOps deployment from dev to prod - Deploy to production environment on release #14
  1. Determine which AWS account will host production - MCP?
  2. Determine which hostname to use - auth.openveda.cloud?
• Provide admin access
  1. Decide on how to manage admin access #26
  2. If so, Restrict VEDA master realm access to members of Github team #13
• Implement at least one smoke test
