Adding an inline image aligned to the right is aligning to the left

Issue description

The issue displays to the right in the WYSIWYG but displays on the left in preview and publishing mode.

• Embed a media item
• Display as Inline
• Align to right

@laurelthrash @andyvanavery31 - this issue was found during MEO UAT testing, but isn't caused by the MEO upgrade. We were able to reproduce the issue on ACSF Test which was staged from Prod earlier today 11/25. Think this is a bug on Prod

This is probably a works as designed type thing / unexpected expectations. So when you layout an inline image, it should be just that -- inline. There should be nothing around it. This has me wondering if that got put in place for the new NCIDS Full WYSIWYG. Where these inline images get used a lot is within grid-cols for staff listings. @andyvanavery31 - do you know how staff listings are looking in the new WYSIWYG?
