Dictionary Widget Link Broken on AC/ODE Environments

On https://www-int-ac.cancer.gov/publications/dictionaries/cancer-terms and https://www-test-ac.cancer.gov/publications/dictionaries/cancer-terms, the link to the Dictionary Widget that appears in the paragraph above the search bar on the main landing page is malformed. Checked on an ODE and seeing the same there.

Works fine on production and the two ACSF environments. This ticket it to address on the AC and ODE environments.
