This is a draft ticket to capture updates needed to Modal Link Styling Guidance.
Steps to complete this need:
- Design and IA team to align on guidance for modal and/or tooltip link styling guidance (update this ticket with any new development requirements)
- Update documentation site content: https://designsystem-dev.cancer.gov/develop/components/link (This page has not been merge to the doc site yet)
- Section to be added/updated: A variants section might be added + code preview. Will need tech review, if this is the case
