Are you using vMenu? I think there's an option on there that enables/disables it's own death system.

Andyyy, mine also does this, items work and all but they do not let you treat

Awesome, thanks for the reply btw good to see you are more active, possible feature let a player revive/respawn on the ground but keep them ragdolled until they hit a key.
