[qbx] Revive Command doesn't work during injured screen

Qbox framework:

When I use the revive command, my character jumps up for a split second but nothing else happens.

qbx_ambulancejob & qbx_medical are disabled so there should be no conflicts there.

Restarting the resource takes me out of the "You are injured" screen though I still remain down on the ground, but then /revive works and gets me up again.

@nggcasey I've fixed the issues that you had mentioned in my PR feel free to check it out. If you do find more qbox related issues let me know I can resolve them.
