请教：是否有添加ARM架构的计划？ #118

因为本人在做ARM体系相关的调研和研究、培训，曾经完成过PA RISCV的实验，想请问有没有在PA上添加ARM的相关计划，或者是否是在实践中遇到了什么问题可以借鉴一下？

暂无添加ARM的计划，出于如下考虑：

ARM的指令集比较复杂，而且无法通过编译选项控制编辑器生成某个子集的指令，从教学角度来说难度较大
采用ARM指令集进行计算机系统教学的高校较少
之前听说，ARM的指令集模拟器也需要获得ARM公司的授权才能开发，例如QEMU的ARM支持是获得了ARM公司的正式授权
