Feature gate the `crypto` module.

The crypto module is currently automatically included if any of the crypto backends is activated. This can lead to surprising results. Instead, it should be feature gated behind the already existing unstable-crypto feature.

This will require some cleanup. E.g., the DigestType enum is used by new-base’s dnssec rdata types.
