Failed to update BGP announcements

My version is Krill 0.16.0, and I tried to run command in terminal of curl -o risdump.gz https://www.ris.ripe.net/dumps/riswhoisdump.IPv4.gz and it was okay. How should I do next to find the cause of this problem? This problem doesn't occur every day, but it happens frequently.

What Krill does is it downloads the file and then parses it, and if any step of that goes wrong it errors out - it does not retry. I wonder if the connection between you and ripe.net gets dropped somehow, which would cause only a partial download (and thus the error you see).

Could you check whether you get packet loss when you connect to www.ris.ripe.net?
