Missing ush scripts #16
Description
This issue is nearly identical to NOAA-EMC/aigefs#15. The difference is the first script listed.
This repo is currently missing three scripts that are part of the production package:
ush/gen_aigfs_ics.pyush/run_graphcast.pyush/utils/grib2writer.py
These files are maintained in NOAA-EMC/MLGlobal and ideally should not be duplicated here. However, some sort of documentation and automated process needs to be included so that these scripts are available in this repo/package.
My understanding is that in future versions, MLGlobal will be a requirement in sorc/requirements.txt.j2. When/if that is the case, I suggest adding some copy steps to the build script that place the scripts above into ush/.
