As a developer, I would like to be able to see a summary of version, build status, etc, similar on our front page similar to what I see on some other GitHub pages. #378

Example:

https://github.com/nebula-plugins/gradle-lint-plugin?tab=readme-ov-file#gradle-lint-plugin

In that case, they indicate if the project is active, its build status, and other aspects of the build. I think in our case we would want to know the latest "official" deployed version/revision, whether the build/unit tests are passing for the current revision in master, system test results if available, and anything else that may be of interest to someone who would want to use or develop in the WRES. The example includes the license, for example, so perhaps that could be of value. I'm open to ideas.

Worth noting that we have something similar at the top of the WRES VLab wiki main page.

Thanks,

Hank
