test for WAM_sheatfac_jhfac_scaling runs with IDEA DA factors

IDEA_DA sheatfac & jhfac in Apr 2023 has been applied into WAM_sheatfac_jhfac_scaling runs aiming to mimic WAM-IPE operational runs.

The following plot is for the density validation for the IDEA factor runs. We applied the sheatfac and jhfac Ching-chung get from IDEA DA runs for April 2023 into WAM_sheatfac_jhfac_scaling free run, aiming to get very close results with the IDEA_DA runs. The following is the total density validation. So far the factor did bring the global mean neutral density down to the IDEA results while the results of WAM_sheatfac_jhfac_scaling free run and the IDEA_density are not as close as expected.

We also check the TEC in the coupling run with the jhfac_sheatfac input. It seems the TEC is not affected by the sheat_f
actor & jh_factor much, especially during the storm (Apr.24), which needs further investigation.
