Hera HDF5/IPE Error

WAM-IPE is not currently working on Hera. Current thought is that it's an issue with the HDF5 output from IPE - @akubaryk has a possible solution on the SWORD IPE fork.

@violetplayer is working on fixing the issue:

• Replicate error on Hera
• Push forked code to new feature branch on upstream repo
• Test + implement solution
