I'd like to link the PARMDIR and exglobal out of gsmwam_ipe.fd in sorc, keeping global-workflow variable names and conventions wherever possible; this will require some reconciliation of the two and careful handling of any active GSMWAM-IPE branches that have changes to either, but will allow us to use any branch within global_workflow, which is beyond optimal.
