Detail / Resolution of Rendered Video

Using a 3080 12GB. aabb_scale 16

Hi, I recorded a video at 1920 x 1080 and created a NeRF.
I did a flythrough and rendered the this at 1920 x 1080.

I've done this several times now and the detail just isn't there - is there a main reason for this that I need to look at?

I'll be amazed if people here don't know the answer to this. Would love some advice/tips.
