Example CSS not updating

For some reason, webpack extract text plugin is not properly updating bundle.css in the examples, and the map is rendering without its left css property. Need to take a closer look at how the bundle is being built and where the old one is persisting. Could be a bug in the webpack plugin

I run npm install in example directory successfully , following issue #2, but i didn't create js folder and also not bundle.css file.
