[FEATURE] [Fastboot-Assistant] Many different languages

Hello everyone, I need some outside help, as my language skills are limited to German and English. Since a dynamic implementation of the language system will follow soon, it would be great if different languages could be found and translations submitted.
Based on the usage map from the Snap Store, I suggest the following languages:

• Spanish
• Portuguese
• Russian
• French

I'd be happy to add others if people are interested. More on this later.

• for program version: v.0.8.x
• for OS: Ubuntu
• section: UI / code security / program settings / feature / info / package

Later, there will be so-called .po files, which contain all texts from the Fastboot Assistant, and you can insert the translation for each individual text.
