[Seeking Advice] Addressing a long solve time

Hello,

The issue I'm having right now is the model taking a long time to solve a particular year (e.g., 2035). I increased the cplex time limit to hopefully allow the run to finish. Has anyone encountered this with ReEDS?

I ran three scenarios outlined in the table below.

Scenario	Demand	CES	Transmission	Successful
1	Low	No	Limited	No
2	High	No	Limited	Yes
3	High	Yes	Limited	Yes

I'm not sure why the first one would hang and the others do not. I suspect the model could be on a knife-edge, but I'm not sure how to address it OR how to prevent it from happening in the future with a different run.

Hi Sam, could you share a gamslog.txt file from a run that didn't solve? That will help us debug further.
